EMIRATES BLOCKS FACTORY

Emirates Block Factory was established in Al Wathba & Al Ain in the year 1979 by General Holding Corporation (GHC), known as SENAAT earlier and currently ADQ (Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSc), a subsidiary of Government of Abu Dhabi. GHC assigned M/S Arkan Building Materials Co, “ARKAN” to establish factories to manufacture different kinds of building materials across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Emirates Blocks Factories in both Mafraq and Al Ain was establised in the year 2007.The factory was previously known as Al Wathba Al Ain Blocks Factory and at the time of inception had installed the latest automatic machinery available to produce concrete blocks required to support the construction industry of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

The latest venture of the company is Arkan Dry Mortar which has the capacity to produce wide range of dry mix products for the construction industry. The company is coming with silo transport system of plasters and other mortars wherein the dry mix plasters will be transported to the construction site in special silos. The Dry mix plasters will be conveyed pneumatically to the plastering machines for mixing and spraying directly on walls.
