The Council currently has a growing membership of over 250 members covering the building supply chain. Our membership pool is comprised of several sectors including among others: developers, consultants, engineers, architects, interior designers, contractors, environmentalists, educators, facilities/ hospitality management, manufacturers, suppliers, research centers and universities, banks and media.

SME Qualification
SME Companies must comply with all three criteria below to be eligible for SME Membership:
- Less than 15 employees locally
- Less than 100 employees globally
- Not a subsidiary of a larger business group or conglomerate
Individual Membership:
An Individual Member represents him/herself and membership applies only to the individual; therefore member benefits targeted specifically to corporate members do not apply.

Payment
Membership payment can be paid directly by check or cash in the EmiratesGBC Office in Dubai or by Bank Transfer – information to be provided upon request.
Important: Please note that the benefits you will access depend on your level of membership. SME memberships enjoy the same benefits as the Standard Corporate Membership. All payments are subject to 5% VAT.
