LEED Credential Training

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a building rating system established by the US Green Building Council to measure the performance of a building against pre-established parameters, and third party verification. LEED assesses buildings against a set of criteria and is available for different building types.

The latest version is LEED v4 and LEED v4.1

Individuals can become accredited in LEED (LEED GA & AP’s) through successful completion of the USGBC examination.

LEED ® Green Associate

The LEED Green Associate courses will equip participants with an up-to-date understanding of the most current green building principles and practices. After completing this course, delegates will understand the core concepts of green building and the LEED rating systems. LEED Green Associate is the required first step on the path to becoming a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with specialty.

LEED ® AP Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C)

The LEED Accredited Professional (Building Design + Construction) course will prepare professionals for the design and construction phases of green buildings in the commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors. This course helps participants understand and prepare for the LEED AP BD+C exam.

LEED AP Interior Design + Construction (LEED AP ID+C)

The LEED Accredited Professional (Interior Design + Construction) serves participants in the design, construction and improvement of commercial interiors and tenant spaces that offer a healthy, sustainable and productive work environment

LEED ® AP Operations and Maintenance (LEED AP O&M)

The LEED Accredited Professional (Operations + Maintenance) course focuses on implementing sustainable practices, improving performance, heightening efficiency and reducing environmental impact in existing buildings through enhanced operations and maintenance.

LEED® for Neighbourhood Development (LEED AP ND)

The LEED Accredited Professional (Neighbourhood Development) course is especially designed for professionals participating in the planning, design and development of walkable neighbourhoods and communities, this course helps participants understand and prepare for the LEED AP Neighbourhood Development exam.

LEED® for Homes (LEED AP Homes)

The LEED Accredited Professional (Homes) is suited for those involved in the design and construction of healthy, durable homes that use fewer resources and produce less waste.
