These courses will allow you to gain the knowledge needed to maximize building performance, achieve LEED ® certification and help prepare you to undertake the desired LEED ® Associate Professional Accreditation V4 exam.

To answer this question, we have prepared a LEED Credentials – Roadmap which we encourage all course candidates to review in detail before registering for an exam preparatory course
LEED ® Green Associate V4 (2 days)
The two-day LEED Green Associate course will equip participants with an up-to-date understanding of the most current green building principles and practices. After completing this course, delegates will understand the core concepts of green building and the LEED rating systems and will be familiar with the forms of questions presented in the LEED Green Associate exam. Throughout this program delegates will be presented with sample exam questions to prepare them for the LEED Green Associate exam. LEED Green Associate is the required first step on the path to becoming a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with specialty. This program meets the education requirements to prepare for the LEED Associate Exam.
LEED ® AP Building Design and Construction V4 (2 days)
The two-day LEED Accredited Professional (Building Design + Construction) course will prepare professionals for the design and construction phases of green buildings in the commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors. This course helps participants understand and prepare for the LEED AP BD+C exam. Additionally, the course will provide a focused view on the new requirements for Designers and Contractors and will address the challenges that they face while executing LEED projects within the Middle East.
LEED ® AP Building Operations and Maintenance V4 (2 Days)
The two-day LEED Accredited Professional (Operations + Maintenance) course focuses on implementing sustainable practices, improving performance, heightening efficiency and reducing environmental impact in existing buildings through enhanced operations and maintenance.
LEED® for Neighborhood Development (2 days)
The two-day LEED Accredited Professional (Neighborhood Development) course is especially designed for professionals participating in the planning, design and development of walkable neighborhoods and communities, this course helps participants understand and prepare for the LEED AP Neighborhood Development exam.
